Key Deliverables and Deadlines for Sponsors

Items 1 - 4 in the table below relate to all sponsors and exhibitors. The information from item 5 onwards pertains to Major Sponsorship packages only: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Titanium, Gala Dinner and Social Evening.

To deliver the varied aspects of your sponsorship packages, there are a number of key deliverables and associated deadlines outlined below. Samantha Duff and Olivia Johnson will be liaising with sponsors directly during the lead up to the conference to ensure that all deadlines and deliverables are met.
